rondeau 19 oh my, concert was.. superb! i mean i really dunno if the audience felt that way, but hooooo boi! i had so much fun on stage! haha. firstly, i'd like to thank ALL who came for the concert. those who didnt, too bad ya lost out. i definitely have to thank ernest, yonghua, clarence, kianboon, dawn, jong. because they totally do not appreciate band music, but they came, really to support me (other than to malu me by shouting my name and asking me to play a solo). i was so touched. think people from my own dg wouldnt even do that. =/ well. i've to thank yy, val, skye and sam lim as well.. my darling close friends in class, they're realllllly the best!! they're the only ones in mass comm who set aside time to come and watch me perform!! so sweeeet right? haha. thank you thank youuuuu thank you jason goh for ur gift!!! very nice..... to samantha if u read this: super surprised that i got a gift from you, but super happy too.. yet a big apology from me to u because i couldnt produce anything. i'm so thankful thooo!! =D lastly... thank you peeeeeeeeeeeee for naruto stufffff muahahaha. super happy sia. cant believe u laughed at it.. geeees. omg. thirteen days of christmas was way fun! haha. small kids like peee went 'ratting' around the stage and spraying people with snow spray. haha what a funny sight. i seriously felt depressed while going home. it was over so quickly. i miss the concert. never had a better one. but seriously.. i'm totally gonna object if the following concerts have to be on weekends again. totally stinks. tires us out man. esp when we dont have an excuse letter for the following day. haha. hmmm. it's time to think abt how fortunate we are strategically in singapore. we are. all we felt were tremors. we were so close, yet shielded by our neighbouring countries. how many people perished. makes one wonder. life is short and fragile. do what u have to, honour God while you're here. then when u live eternally beside him, u know it was all worth while. then again, be good to ur family and friends. it's so sad reading abt the 70 000 pple? there will prolly be more to add to the death toll. it's tragic. it's so... i dunno. i just know that my heart pours out to these people's family and friends who survived. because ultimately, these survivors are the ones who suffer the reality of their loved ones being swiped away, washed back dead just like that. they are tthe ones who grieve and mourn. they are the ones who have to live in the broken towns and homes, they are the ones who shed tears. for foreigners, people all over the world - their family n friends crying for them, grieving, the pain. i think we'd be more tired running away from these waves and crying our eyes dry right? just thank God we're not the ones who suffer such fate. oh well. my ifp teacher sucks. totally. he's so densed. i produced my excuse letter and he totally snubbed it and marked me absent. i have a reason ok. i helped the school earn money with the concert tickets! totally stupid. the excuse letter is to let him know that i'm not to be marked absent. and he still does. i'm still taking the test what! -_-" band is fun band is fun french horn rocks french horn rocks french horn rocks (oh my i can go on foreverr....) |
